Rafał is a manager with many years of experience leading complex, business-critical initiatives delivered in modern technology-driven environments. He has worked on programs in Poland as well as in international markets. He holds an MBA from Franklin University and has completed postgraduate studies in Project Management and Finance/Controlling.

At the company, he is responsible for the further development of the digital area, including the growth of digital platforms, the application of AI in existing and new products and processes, and the development of scalable solutions for clients.
