Professional Summary

Marta is a partner for outsourcing services. She is a qualified chartered accountant, and has worked in practice for 20 years. Originally working as a general practice accountant, advising clients in all aspects of her client’s affairs. Marta then specialised in outsourced accounting and global/regional compliance services to clients. She became extensively experienced in taking over accounting functions from internal/external providers.

Experience

• Introducing and assisting companies to improve the efficiency of their finance functions
• Providing services for international businesses with a focus on clients where we outsource management accounting or bookkeeping services
• Overseeing all aspects of her client’s affairs
• Dealing with international companies reporting under different regulations i.e. MSSF, US GAAP and GAAS.
• Managing accounting function set-up and operation on SAP, IFS and other platforms
• Providing tax audit services
• Handling complex accounting and tax issues for Polish companies; she prepares consolidated accounts and reports in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS
• Other liaison with Polish Tax Authorities on a continuous basis
• 15 years hands-on experience in managing the accounting function
