Our team

Joanna Szymańska-Świć is the HR Director of Advartis Group in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. She is responsible for the broadly defined area of Employee Experience – personnel processes, employee recruitment, training and development, performance management, team motivation and engagement. She also plays a key role in the creation of HR solutions supporting the development of particular business lines.

Joanna has been a part of the Advartis team since April 2022. Before joining us for many years she was associated with PWN Publishing Group, where she held the position of Administration Director, then subsequently HR Director and Member of the Board responsible for human resources and legal. For the last 3 years she worked as Director of the HR & Administration Department at PFR Nieruchomości (real estate/asset management company).
