Will the Ministry of Finance extend the deadlines for submitting TPR for 2022?
In the announcement dated 27 October 2023, the Ministry of Finance informed that they are working on a regulation to extend the deadline for submitting TPR-P and TPR-C for 2022 by 3 months.

The announcement was made in response to numerous inquiries submitted to the Ministry of Finance regarding the approaching deadline for submitting transfer pricing information and the provision of an electronic form for filing TPR information via electronic means of communication.

The Ministry of Finance also stated that the draft regulation on this matter is currently undergoing internal consultations and will then be submitted for external consultations.

Currently, the deadline for submitting transfer pricing information (TPR) for 2022 is the end of November 2023. If the deadline is extended, the forms can be submitted until the end of February 2024.

Extending the deadline for submitting TPR forms will allow taxpayers more time to prepare for reporting and test their submission in the new format.
