Agata Szymańska becomes new HR Director of Advartis Group in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Agata Szymańska has been appointed HR Director at Advartis Group, which operates under the Crowe, Contract Administration and TGC Corporate Lawyers brands in Polish, Czech, and Slovak markets.

With over 20 years of experience in the HR field, gained in managerial positions within international organizations, Agata Szymańska brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Prior to joining Advartis Group, she served as Global HR Director at Testronic, specializing in video game testing. Previously, she was associated with a company within the Orange Poland group, where she built the HR team responsible for personnel and payroll, as well as training and development.

Advartis Group operates in the business services sector and employs over 500 people in 7 locations in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. It offers services in accounting, HR and payroll administration, audit, as well as tax and legal advisory.

Agata Szymańska graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw with a degree in Human Resource Management. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw.
