Our history
Our beginnings date back to 1904, when the law firm Temple Gothard was founded in London. We took it over in 1985, setting ourselves apart as an independent law firm called TGC, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and international trade.
In 1990, we opened our first office in Poland, providing M&A and market entry legal services to inward investors. Over the following years we steadily developed our offering, service lines and geographies, to meet the needs of a rapidly growing market.
